Q. Can the picture be color or b/w and does it have to be a photograph or can I use clipart?
A. You can use any type of image for your project, but beware of copyrighted materials.

Q. Can a company logo be placed on my keepsake item?
A. As long as it is not copyrighted.  If it is your company and you give us permission to copy your logo, it can be used.

Q.  Are there any restrictions to the content of the material submitted for my photo item?
A. We will reproduce any material subject you send, just keep in mind copyright laws.

Q. Is there a discount if I purchase multiple photo gifts at once?

A. You may order as many items as you need. Contact us for information on quantity discounts.
Q. Can I reorder more gifts at a later lime?
A. We will keep your image on file for 30 days.

Q. How long does it take to complete an order?
A. If we have the item in stock, we will ship your photo keepsake within 5 working days from the time we receive your photo.

Q. How do I get the picture to you?
A. You can send your photo to us via US Postal Service or you can send us an email with the photo attached to the email. See email photo instructions.  This is a faster method of getting your item, but does not always have the best quality--there are many variables depending on your scan quality, etc..  We can only work with what you provide us.
