Through the use of our online thumbnail viewer, we have made every effort to ensure our products are exactly what you expected.  Therefore, other than defective merchandise, all sales are FINAL.

There are situations that do arise and are out of our control.  Therefore, if you receive a defective product, we will be happy to replace it with a duplicate item. 

To get a replacement of your defective item, please contact us for an RMA number, mark 'REPLACE' on the original invoice, and return it with your defective product to:
