This photo falls into three classes:

Deleting People - Replacing Background - Adding Items

The people on the left were removed.  Once removed, the lady behind the bride had to have a portion of her back reconstructed.  The sky was replaced by a sky that looks more visually pleasing in this outdoor setting.

Also note that the color of the water was enhanced and that a row of trees was added to the skyline to better enhance the scene. 

Note a slight hint of bushes that were added to the backside of the handrail where the people were removed.
