The background was removed from the original photo on the left.

The customer chose this replacement background scene to match the flower on the dress.

We felt that placing a yellow flower in the child’s hand would add a great deal of character to the scene.

The flower was superimposed into the child’s hand and blended giving the effect the flower was in her hand from the start.

The child holding the flower was then superimposed onto the new background and blended.  The edge blending gives the scene a finished look as though the background was original.
