The original photo on the left was given a filter effect to add a grainy look to the photo.

The color and saturation was increased to bring out this grainy effect and give the resulting photo the hint of a "Fairy tale fantasy effect" as the Guardian Angel was set into the scene to watch over the baby. 

A feathered border was then added to set the mood.
